Job opportunities currently available are Technical Manager and Survey and Consents Manager both based in Pembroke Dock with some remote working.

Technical Manager

Salary in the range of £55,000 dependent on experience.

37 hours per week.

Initially fixed-term to 30th June 2023 (this post is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund).

Based in Pembroke Dock, Wales with some remote working.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • To provide technical support in the delivery of Phase 2 of the Pembrokeshire Demonstration Zone (PDZ) development plan which will result in detailed designs (with associated consents submitted) for strategically enabling infrastructure capable of accelerating Floating Offshore Wind in the Celtic Sea and supporting future test and evaluation activities in the Zone.
  • Work with contractors to deliver concept design and FEED for offshore cables, onshore cables, electrical infrastructure & grid connection to support both Floating Offshore Wind and future generating technologies at PDZ and the wider Celtic Sea.
  • To own and maintain the projects basis of design, design risk register and grid connection application.
  • To provide technical input into all consenting activities.

 

Survey & Consents Manager

Salary in the range of £45,000 dependent on experience.

37 hours per week.

Initially fixed-term to 30th June 2023 (this post is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund).

Based in Pembroke Dock, Wales with some remote working.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • To manage consenting, survey and stakeholder management support in the delivery of phase 2 of the Pembrokeshire Demonstration Zone (PDZ) development plan which will result in the submission of consent applications for strategically enabling infrastructure capable of accelerating Floating Offshore Wind in the Celtic Sea and supporting future test and evaluation activities in the Zone.
  • Effectively procure and manage contractors to deliver geophysical, geotechnical, and environmental surveys to support design and EIA of on and offshore electrical infrastructure.
  • Lead on the preparation of all consenting and planning documentation required, effectively working with external advisors if required.
  • Support the Development Project Manager and CSP senior team in the management of key Stakeholders, with responsibility for regional environmental, community and business. Provide management support to the Pembroke Dock Marine Project Board.

  • Darparu cymorth technegol i gyflawni Cam 2 cynllun datblygu Parth Arddangos Sir Benfro (PDZ) a fydd yn arwain at ddyluniadau manwl (gyda chydsyniadau cysylltiedig wedi'u cyflwyno) ar gyfer seilwaith sy'n galluogi'n strategol a fydd yn gallu cyflymu Gwynt Arnofiol Ar y Môr yn y Môr Celtaidd a chefnogi gweithgareddau profi a gwerthuso yn y Parth yn y dyfodol.
  • Gweithio gyda chontractwyr i ddarparu dyluniad cysyniad a FEED ar gyfer ceblau ar y môr, ceblau ar y tir, seilwaith trydanol a chysylltiadau grid i gefnogi Gwynt Arnofiol Ar y Môr a thechnolegau cynhyrchu yn y dyfodol yn PDZ a'r Môr Celtaidd ehangach.
  • Perchnogi a chynnal sail dylunio, cofrestr risg dylunio a chymhwysiad cysylltiad grid.
  • Darparu mewnbwn technegol i'r holl weithgareddau cydsynio.

 

Rheolwr Arolygon a Chydsyniad

Cyflog oddeutu £45,000 yn dibynnu ar brofiad.

37 awr yr wythnos.

Cyfnod penodol i ddechrau hyd at 30 Mehefin 2023 (ariennir y swydd hon yn rhannol gan Gronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop).

Wedi'i leoli yn Noc Penfro, Cymru gyda rhywfaint o weithio o bell.

Bydd meysydd cyfrifoldeb allweddol yn cynnwys:

  • Rheoli cydsynio, arolygon a chymorth rheoli rhanddeiliaid wrth gyflawni cam 2 cynllun datblygu Parth Arddangos Sir Benfro (PDZ) a fydd yn arwain at gyflwyno ceisiadau cydsyniad ar gyfer seilwaith sy'n galluogi'n strategol  gyflymu Gwynt Arnofiol Ar y Môr yn y Môr Celtaidd a chefnogi gweithgareddau profi a gwerthuso yn y Parth yn y dyfodol.
  • Caffael a rheoli contractwyr yn effeithiol i gyflawni arolygon geoffisegol, geodechnegol ac amgylcheddol i gefnogi dylunio ac Asesiad o’r Effaith Amgylcheddol ar gyfer seilwaith trydanol ar y tir ac ar y môr.
  • Arwain y gwaith o baratoi'r holl ddogfennau cydsyniad a chynllunio sydd eu hangen, gan weithio'n effeithiol gyda chynghorwyr allanol os oes angen.
  • Cefnogi'r Rheolwr Prosiect Datblygu ac uwch dîm CSP i reoli Rhanddeiliaid allweddol, gyda chyfrifoldeb amgylcheddol, cymunedol a busnes rhanbarthol. Darparu cymorth rheoli i Fwrdd Prosiect Hwb Morol Doc Penfro.
